Tuskegee coach Benjy Taylor to sue Morehouse, police after incident

TUSKEGEE, AL — Tuskegee University Head Basketball Coach Benjy Taylor, who was needlessly handcuffed and escorted off the court following Tuskegee’s Division II HBCU matchup against Morehouse College in January, will join his legal team for a press conference announcing the filing of a lawsuit.

The lawsuit will be filed against Morehouse College, as well as campus police officers R. Clark and M. Roberson.
